I received this grinder a couple of days ago, but I didn't want to leave a review without trying it first. so today I used it to make a pork and beef grind to make meatloaf. I will offer up here a suggestion that I'd been in the little booklet that comes with the grinder. When you are ready to grind the meat, before cutting to the size that you need for the hopper. then place it on a baking sheet and place in freezer for about 45 minutes. I tried before cutting up and grinding
